Slow moving light

Here I was looking into the light tool in after effects and the different effects that can be created using light. I learned how to illuminate the foreground and the background without illuminating any object. On the opposite side to this I learned how to only light an image text or shape and not the back or foreground. This is especially useful for highlighting in a subtle yet eye catching way that can be used in promotional or personal use.
