Jason Meet Public

Friday the 13th is perhaps one of the mostly remastered horror films of all time having 12 feature films as well as various tv shows and comics not to mention the introduction of games and other merchandise too widely sold to delve into.

It is an Iconic and inspired series of films all featuring the terrifying imortal and bloodthirsty 'Jason'. This machete wielding slasher is famous for his horrific face that is almost always covered by a worn out hockey mask as shown in my poster below. The mask has become an instantly recognisable and fan favourite horror theme.

This poster is much simpler than my previous designs in terms of layout and text, however the image of the hockey mask itself is intact much more complicated. each shape being its own layer and shaped from scratch to give a feel of non perfection. The attempt to give the mask more character and a worn and used feel to it.
